Design in a Package
Designs In-A-Package is a fabulous new way to hire a designer to help you with your space without breaking the bank. It is a design kit all packaged up in a box for you that will give you the tools to design a space that looks and feels like a professional designer did it for you.
You can choose from Signature Collection, rooms that House of Designs and Interiors has already designed, or you can choose Custom Designs and she will help you to create a space that is unique to your needs. To create your own Custom design we will need some information from you in order to understand who you are and what your need are, so you will need to fill out a Profile Form and read the Measurements Guide.

What?
Designs In A Package is a revolutionary new idea that Vicki came up with as a way to get great design to those who want it, but may be low on time, money or ability to get the space that they are hoping for. After becoming inundated with e-mails and phone calls with questions about spaces that she had designed, Vicki decided to come up with a way to provide the recipe to people. Now, you can have one or all of the elements in any one of the signature spaces that she offers as a part of her Designs In A Package. You can also take a different approach and supply Vicki with some specific information about a space that you want designed and she will create a custom Designs In A Package just for you. Architects, builders and even other designers have also really loved Vicki’s service. It has been a fabulous way for them to help their clients in really customizing their needs. It has also been a great way for Vicki to share her resources with others.
How?
In order to have Vicki create a custom Designs In A Package for you, just fill out the profile form and measurement guide. You can also e-mail or ship Vicki additional items of inspiration that may help her to create the space that you desire. After she has received everything, and you have paid for your order in full, Vicki will arrange a telephone call with you to further answer any questions or get a better idea of your needs.
When?
Once you have gotten through the full order process, it will take about four to six weeks to complete and it will be shipped out to you however you have specified it to be in your order. Your box will include:
- Presentation board with personalized concepts for your space
- A detailed furniture plan
- Suggested fabric, paint, wallpaper, tile, wood, carpet, hardware, etc. samples
- A shopping list to source out where to buy the recommended materials and furnishings for your space
- A step- by- step set of instructions in order to unfold this design plan into the reality of your own space
How can I get additional phone time with Vicki?
Vicki limits each room order to one call. If you would like further time to change your thoughts, make additions, etc., you may book an appointment by the hour with Vicki at $75 per half hour. This is a great option once you have received your box if you need further advice, as well.
